【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesprinciplesandtestingproceduresfordetermining,bymeansoftheguardedhotplateorheatflowmetermethods,thethermalresistanceoftestspecimenshavingathermalresistanceofnotlessthan0,5m·K/WNOTE1Theabovelimitisduetotheeffectofcontactthermalresistances.Anupperlimitformeasurablethermalresistancedependsuponanumberoffactorsdescribedinthisstandard,butauniquefigurecannotbeassigned.Itappliesinprincipletoanymeantesttemperature,buttheequipmentdesigninannexDisessentiallyintendedtooperatebetweenaminimumcoolingunittemperatureof-100℃andmaximumheatingunittemperatureof+100℃.NOTE2Limitstothemeantesttemperatureareonlyimposedbythematerialsusedintheapparatusconstructionandbyancillaryequipment.Itsuppliesadditionallimitsforequipmentperformanceandtestconditions.Itdoesnotsupplygeneralequipmentdesignprocedures,equipmenterroranalysis,equipmentperformancecheckortheassessmentofequipmentaccuracy.Itsuppliesexampledesignsofequipmentcomplyingwiththerequirementssetdowninthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotsupplygeneralguidanceandbackgroundinformation(e.g.theheattransferpropertytobereported,product-dependentspecimenpreparations,proceduresrequiringmultiplemeasurements,suchasthosetoassesstheeffectofspecimennon-homogeneities,thosetotestspecimenswhosethicknessexceedstheapparatuscapabilities,andthosetoassesstherelevanceofthethicknesseffect).Duetotheselimitations,thisstandardshouldbeusedinconjunctionwiththeproductstandardrelevanttotheproducttobetested.Althoughintendedprimarilyforbuildingmaterials,itcanalsobeusedforspecimensofanymaterialthatconformstotherequirementsspecified.Thisstandarddoesnotcovermeasurementsonmoistproductsofanythermalresistanceormeasurementsonthickproductsofhighandmediumthermalresistance.
