【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestolerances,deformationsandclearancesthatpertaintotheproduction,assemblyanderectionofpalletrackingincludingtheinteractionwithfloors.Thesetolerances,deformationsandclearancesareimportantinrelationtothefunctionalrequirementsandensuringtheproperinteractionofthehandlingequipmentusedbypersonnel,trainedandqualifiedascompetent,inassociationwiththespecifictypeofrackingsystem.Theinteractionconditionsarealsoimportantindeterminingthereliabilityofthestoragesystemtoensurethatthechanceofanindustrialtruckimpact,palletimpactorasystembreakdownisacceptablylow.ThedesignsafetyphilosophygiveninprEN15512isbaseduponcompliancewiththisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandardgivesguidanceforavarietyofissuesincludingoperatingclearances,manufacturing,assemblyanderectiontolerancelimitations,aswellasdeflectionorstraindeformationlimitationsunderloads.ThisEuropeanStandardislimitedtosingledeepadjustablebeampalletrackingoperatedwithindustrialtrucksorstackercranes.Drive-in,doubledeepandsatellitesystemswillbeconsideredforinclusioninthedocumentinthefuture.ThisEuropeanStandardspecificallyexcludesthetolerancesanddeformationofthetrucksandstackercranes.Itistheresponsibilityofthetruckorstackercranesupplierandtheclientorusertoensurethatthetolerances,deformationsandclearances,asquotedinthisEuropeanStandardfortherackingsystems,areacceptableforthesafeoperationoftheoverallsystem.ThisEuropeanStandardgivesguidancetobeusedinconjunctionwiththelatestinformationfromthetruckandstackercranesuppliersregardingturningradii,tolerancesanddeformationsofthetruckandstackercranes.
