【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesdefinitionsandrecommendedspecificationsandtestmethodsfortheutilisationofPVC-U,PPandPEnon-virginmaterialsincomponentsfornon-pressurepipingsystems.Thisdocumentspecifiestheuseofmaterialwithagreedspecificationsintheeventthatlargequantitiesaretobeused.Thisdocumentgivesinformationconcerningtherelationshipbetweenrelevantcharacteristicsandtheirinfluenceonprocessing/performanceonpipesand/orfittings.NOTE1Forthepurposeofthisspecification,thetermpipesreferstoextrudedpipesandanypartsofafabricatedfittingwhichismadefromanextrudedpipe.Thetermfittingmeansinjectionmouldedfittingsandinjectionmouldedpartsofafabricatedfitting.NOTE2TheproductstandardshouldspecifytherequirementsandpermitteddeviationsofthecharacteristicsspecifiedinTable1,Table2andTable3,aswellaspermitteddosagelevels.NOTE3TheWGresponsiblefortheproductstandardshouldconsiderthoserecommendationsandonlypermitdosagelevelswhichcomplywiththesafetyrequirementsoftheproductstandard.Further,theWGshouldconsiderwhetherextraormorefrequentproducttestingisrelevantwhenusingsuchmaterialintheproductionofpipesandfittingsinaccordancewiththerelevantproductstandard.NOTE4Fortherecyclingprocess,forthetestingandtheuseofthematerialNationaland/orEuropeanregulationsmayapply.
