【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesgeneralguidelinesforinspectionandsamplingprocedurestobeusedtochecktheeffectivenessofcleaninganddisinfectionmethodsusedindairyplantsandreceivingstations,includingmilk-collectiontankers.Itdealswith—visualinspection,—samplingfromplantsurfaces(productline,bottlewashingequipment,containers,etc.),—re-usableproductcontainers,—air,—samplingofwaterandaqueoussolutionsotherthanthoseaddedtotheproduct,and—samplingofrawmaterialsandproducts.Itdoesnotcoverequipmentnormallyinstalledinfarms(e.g.milkingmachineryorrefrigeratedbulkmilktanks),nordoesitdealwiththeequallyimportantareasofhealthandhygieneofpersonnel,factoryenvironment,internalarrangementofthefactory,methodsofcleaning,packagingmaterialsbroughtinnewfromoutside(paper,cardboard,plastic,newbottles,etc.),foodingredientsandadditives,selectionofnumberofunitsandtreatmentofthesampleinthelaboratory.Theneedforsamplingisnormallyconsideredinthedesignofplant.Itisimportantthatanydeviceswhichareincludedtoenablesamplestobetakenaresodesignedandfittedthattheiruseresultsinrepresentativesamplesbeingobtainedwithoutanyadverseeffectonthehygienicconditionoftheplant(e.g.byintroducingdeadspotsincleaningcircuits).SuchdesignisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.
