【摘要】:1ThispartofISO13562specifiesadditionalteststoverifythestabilityofindustrialvariable-reachfork-lifttruckshandlingemptyorladenfreightcontainersoflength6mandabove,swapbodiesorsemi-trailers.2ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestestsinadditiontothosespecifiedinISO13562-1.Itisapplicabletoself-propelled,seated-rideroperated,counterbalancedindustrialvariable-reachfork-lifttrucks—withnon-slewingboomsoraslewingmovementnotgreaterthan5°eithersideofthelongitudinalcentreplaneofthetruck,—fittedwithforkarmsorload-handlingattachments,—witharigidchassis,—thatmayhavestabilizersoraxle-lockingdevices,and—withtwo-wheelsteeringsystems.3ThestabilitytestscontainedinthispartofISO13562ensurethatvariable-reachtruckshandlingfreightcontainershavesatisfactorystabilitywhenreasonablyandappropriatelyusedunderthefollowingconditions.a)Thetruckisoperating(travellingwiththefreightcontaineratnormaltravellingheightandstacking)inconditionswherethewindspeedisupto12,2m/s(BeaufortScaleForce6).NOTE1Whenthetruckisoperatinginhigherwindspeeds,alternativeratingsforuseshouldbedevelopedbyuseofhighervaluesofvwinequations(1)and(2).b)Thetruckistravellingforwardwiththefreightcontainerleading,elevatedsothatthebaseisnohigherthan1mabovethepointofmaximumdepressionoftheseatcushionundertheoperatorwiththeboomretractedasfaraspossible.NOTE2Theelevatedloadpermitsanoperatorinalowpositiononthetrucktoseeunderneaththecontainer.Thestabilityteststocovertheconditionsstatedina)aboveandNote1areapplicabletoalltrucks.Thestabilityteststocovertheconditionsstatedinb)onlyareapplicabletotruckswithapartiallyelevatedcontainer.4ThispartofISO13562isnotapplicabletothetrucksspecifiedin1.2when—theyarehandlingsuspendedloadsthatmayswingfreely,or—theyarehandlingacontainerwithamobilecentreofgravity(seeISO3874).5TheteststakeintoaccountthenormaldegreeofeccentricloadingofcontainersdefinedinISO3874.Whenhandlingemptyrefrigeratedcontainers,asspecifiedinISO1496-2,withanintegralrefrigerationunit(reefers),accountshouldbetakenoftheoffsetoftheload.
