【摘要】:Thegoalofsamplingistoobtainforanalysisaportionofthemainbodyofwaterthatisrepresentative.Themostcriticalfactorsnecessarytoachievethisarepointsofsampling,andmaterialsselection,systemdesign,timeofsampling,frequencyofsampling,andproperprocedurestomaintaintheintegrityofthesamplepriortoanalysis.Homogeneityoftheprocesstobesampledisfrequentlylacking,necessitatingmultiple-pointsampling.Ifitisimpracticaltoutilizeamost-representativesamplingpoint,itmaybepracticaltodetermineandunderstandinterrelationshipssothatresultsobtainedataminimumnumberofpointsmaybeusedtocharacterizethesystem.Samplescollectedfromasinglepointinasystemarealwaysrecognizedasbeingnon-representativetosomedegree.Forthisreason,totalrepresentativenessofsamplescannotbeaprerequisitetotheselectionofasamplingpoint.Thedegreeofrepresentativenessofthesampleshallbeassessedandtheassessmentmadeapartofthepermanentrecord.Thiswillpreventanartificialdegreeofaccuracyfrombeingassignedtothedataderivedfromtestsonthesample.Thesamplesshallbeofsufficientvolumeandshallbetakenfrequentlyenoughtopermitreproducibilityoftestingrequisiteforthedesiredobjective,asrequiredbythemethodofanalysistobeused.LaboratoriesorfacilitiesconductingwatersamplingshouldbeincompliancewithGuideD3856.1.1Thesepracticescovertheequipmentandmethodsforsamplingwaterfromclosedconduitssuchasprocessstreamsatpowerstationsforchemical,physical,microbiological,andradiologicalanalyses.Itdoesnotcoverspecializedequipmentrequiredforanduniquetoaspecifictestormethodofanalysis.Thefollowingareincluded:
