【摘要】:ThissectionofIEC721-3classifiesgroupsofenvironmentalparametersandtheirseveritiestowhichproductsaresubjectedwhenmountedforstationaryuseatlocationswhicharenon-weatherprotected,includingperiodsoferectionwork,downtime,maintenanceandrepair.Locationswhicharenon-weatherprotected,whereproductsmaybemountedforstationaryusepermanentlyortemporarily,includeland-basedandoffshorelocations.Useinandonvehiclesisexcepted.Theenvironmentalconditionsspecifiedinthisstandardarelimitedtothosewhichmaydirectlyaffecttheperformanceofproducts.Onlyenvironmentalconditionsassuchareconsidered.Nospecialdescriptionoftheeffectsoftheseconditionsontheproductsisgiven.Environmentalconditionsdirectlyrelatedtofireorexplosionhazardsandconditionsrelatedtoionizingradiationareexcluded.Anyotherunforeseenincidentsarealsoexcluded.Thepossibilityoftheiroccurrenceshouldbetakenintoaccountinspecialcases.Microclimatewithinaproductisnotincluded.Conditionsofstationaryuseatweatherprotectedlocations,portableandnon-stationaryuse,useinvehiclesandships,andconditionsofstorageandtransportationaregiveninothersectionsofIEC721-3.Alimitednumberofclassesofenvironmentalconditionsisgiven,coveringabroadfieldofapplication.Theuserofthisstandardshouldselectthelowestclassificationnecessaryforcoveringtheconditionsoftheintendeduse.SomeguidanceforthisisgiveninannexA.
