【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesproceduresforthemeasurementandassessmentofpersonalexposurestovisible(VIS)andinfrared(IR)radiationemittedbyartificialsources,whereadverseeffectscannotbereadilyexcluded.NOTE1Adverseeffectswillnormallynotoccurinexposurescausedbynormallightingorroomheating.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoVIS-andIR-exposuresinindoorandoutdoorworkplaces.ItdoesnotapplytoVIS-andIR-exposuresinleisuretime.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytoVIS-andIR-exposurescausedbythesun.NOTE2Part3ofthisstandardwilldealwithUV-exposurescausedbythesun.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotspecifyVIS-andIR-exposurelimitvalues.Itsupportstheapplicationoflimitvaluessetbynationalregulationsorinternationalrecommendations.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoVIS-andIR-exposuresbyartificialincoherentsources,whichemitspectrallinesaswellascontinuousspectra.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytocoherentradiationsources.NOTE3Coherentopticalradiationsourcesarecoveredbystandardsforlasers,likeEN60825-1etc.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestovisible(VIS)andinfrared(IR)radiationexposuresinthewavelengthband380nmto3pm.Italsoappliestoradiationexposuresthatmaypresentablue-lighthazardinthewavelengthband300nmto700nm.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytoothereffectsofwhichtheactionspectraliesolelywithintheUV-region180nmto400nm.NOTE4Part1ofEN14255addressestheseeffects.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytoradiationemissionsofproducts.NOTE5Forradiationemissionsofproductsotherstandardsapply,suchasEN12198forradiationemissionsofmachinery,EN60335-2-27forhouseholdappliancesforskinexposurestoultravioletandinfraredradiationandCIES009forthesafetyoflampsandlampsystems.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytoheatstress,i.e.longtermheatingofthehumansbodywithstrainofthecardiac/circularsystemcausedbyclimaticenvironmentalconditionsincludingVIS/IRradiation.
