【摘要】:Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofrapidcookovens.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectarapidcookovenandunderstanditsenergyconsumption.Thistestmethodisapplicabletogasandelectricrapidcookovens.Therapidcookovencanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):Energyinputrate(see10.2),Preheatenergyconsumptionandtime(see10.2),Idleenergyrate(see10.4),Pilotenergyrate(ifapplicable)(see)10.5,andCookingenergyefficiency,cooking-loadenergyefficiencyandproductioncapacity(see10.6).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thistestmethodmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thistestmethoddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthistestmethodtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
