【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthegeneralrequirementstowhichflat-cast,amorphous,semi-processed,iron-basemagneticcorealloysmustconform.1.2Thesealloysareproducedbyarapid-quenching,direct-castingprocess,resultinginmetalswithnoncrystallinestructure.Themetallicalloysaremadetomeetspecifiedmaximumcore-lossvaluesandareintendedprimarilyforcommercialpowerfrequency(50-and60-Hz)applicationsinmagneticdevices.Desirablecore-lossandpermeabilitycharacteristicsaredevelopedbyfurtherheattreatmentinamagneticfieldbythepurchaser.Theheattreatmenttypicallyconsistsofheatingthematerialtoatemperatureof320to420x00B0;Cinadry,inertatmospherefor5to10min,althoughsoaktimesofupto2hmaybeusedforlargetransformercores.Amagneticfieldmayberequiredduringannealingasdesignatedbytheproducer.Exactoptimumannealingconditionsdependontheprocessingofthematerialandthesizeandshapeofthedevice.1.3Someofthesealloysaresensitivetomechanicalstress.Caremustbeexercisedinminimizinganystressesonthematerialinitsfinalapplication,otherwise,itsmagneticpropertieswillbeimpairedsignificantly.1.4Thisspecificationisdevelopedtoaidinthepurchaseoftransformergradeamorphousstrip.Itprovidesthechemical,physical,andmagneticparametersandproceduresforqualitycontroltests.1.5Thevaluesstatedincustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)unitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitswhichareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Note18212;Formoreinformationonproceduresassociatedwiththisspecification,refertothefollowing:PracticesA34/A34M,A664,A700,andB490;TestMethodsA370andA773/A773M.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcernsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
