【摘要】:ThisPartofEN508specifiesrequirementsforself-supportingroofingproductsfordiscontinuouslayingmadefromstainlesssteelsheetwithorwithoutadditionalmetallicand/ororganiccoatings.Thestandardestablishesgeneralcharacteristics,definitions,classificationsandlabellingfortheproducts,togetherwithrequirementsforthematerialsfromwhichtheproductscanbemanufactured.Itisintendedtobeusedeitherbymanufacturerstoensurethattheirproductscomplywiththerequirementsorbypurchaserstoverifythattheproductscomplybeforetheyaredespatchedfromthefactory.Itspecifiestherequirementsforproductswhichenablethemtomeetallnormalserviceconditions.Thestandardappliestoalldiscontinuouslylaidself-supportingexternalprofiledsheetsforroofingwiththeexceptionoftileswithasurfacearealessthan1㎡andproducedbystamping.Theseprofiledroofsheetsaredesignedtokeepwind,rainandsnowoutofthebuildingandtotransferanyresultantloadsandinfrequentmaintenanceloadstothestructure.Norequirementsforsupportingconstruction,designofroofsystemandexecutionofconnectionsandflashingsareincluded.
