【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61400specifiesaprocedureformeasuringthepowerperformancecharacteristicsofasinglewindturbinegeneratorsystem(WTGS)andappliestothetestingofWTGSofalltypesandsizesconnectedtotheelectricalpowernetwork.ItisapplicableforthedeterminationofboththeabsolutepowerperformancecharacteristicsofaWTGSandofdifferencesbetweenthepowerperformancecharacteristicsofvariousWTGSconfigurations.TheWTGSpowerperformancecharacteristicsaredeterminedbythemeasuredpowercurveandtheestimatedannualenergyproduction(AEP).Themeasuredpowercurveisdeterminedbycollectingsimultaneousmeasurementsofwindspeedandpoweroutputatthetestsiteforaperiodthatislongenoughtoestablishastatisticallysignificantdatabaseoverarangeofwindspeedsandundervaryingwindconditions.TheAEPiscalculatedbyapplyingthemeasuredpowercurvetoreferencewindspeedfrequencydistributions,assuming100%availability.Thestandarddescribesameasurementmethodologythatrequiresthemeasuredpowercurveandderivedenergyproductionfigurestobesupplementedbyanassessmentofuncertaintysourcesandtheircombinedeffects.
