【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofstationarybatteriesandchargersforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecoversstationarylead-acidandnickel-cadmiumbatteries,chargers,batteryaccommodation,batterymainconnectionsandbatteryaccessories.Thisequipmentusuallyformspartofeitheracentralizedorunitd.c.suppliessystemfordutiessuchasswitchgearclosing/tripping,protection,control,alarm,instrumentationandtelecommunicationsupplies,emergencylightingandemergencydrives.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems,-predictedperformanceisachieved,-ancillaryequipmentispropertysized,-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved,-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry,-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTE:AsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
