【摘要】:1.1Backgroundandexpectedbenefitsoffirst-mountOBEItcouldbeforeseenthatinfuturetheDSRCOBEwillbedeliveredbycarmanufacturerasafeatureofthevehicleastheydotodaywithcarradiowhicharepartsofthemostsoldvehicles.Forthevehicleowner,theOBEsupplieristhecarmanufactureractingasanOEM(OriginalEquipmentManufacturer).TheintegrationoffirstmountOBEbycarmanufactureristheonlywaytocreateafuturemassmarketforEFCapplicationbaseduponDSRCaswellasGNSS/CN,asatpresenttheintegrationofthistypeofOBEscannotbeachievedexceptforheavygoodsvehicles.RegardingDSRC,thisisalsoanopportunitytoextendthecapabilityoftoday’sEFCtechnologiesbyprovidingincreasedqualityofservice,andpossiblyagreaterrangeofservicesusingin-vehicleelectronicsandresources.1.2PersonalisationconceptThepersonalisationprocedureistheprocedurewheretheEFCServiceProviderinitialize,customise,andfinallyactivatetheEFCinteroperableservicetoOBE,foracustomerwithorwithoutexistingaccount.Twodifferentkindsofpersonalisationmethodscanbedefined:a)thepersonalisationprocedurecanbedone“overtheair”.Insuchcase,personalisationdatacanbeencodedintheOBEbytheServiceProvideroverasecureair-link,orb)personalisationdatacanbeloadeddirectlybythedriverintotheOBEorServiceProviderviaapersonalstoragemedia.Thesesaretwofundamentallydifferentapproaches.Thesecondmethodisperfectlyfittedforcriticalinitialisationdata,suchasencryptionkeys,toenablethedrivertousethesameEFCcontractindifferentvehicles,andalsotosendpersonalisationdataviaposttoalargenumberofcustomers.Inanycase,thepersonalisationprocedureshallbeimplementedinapracticalway.ItwasremindedthattheverylargemajorityofServiceProviderdistributionnetworks(andrelatedpointofsales)arenotsuitedtoallowpoint-to-pointcommunicationwithvehicles.Theyaresuitedmainlyforfront-deskoperationssuchasinitialisationofanaccount,datacollectionofuserinformation,andsoon.Forbothmethods,allaccessprotectioninformation,OBEcontractinformation,shallbestoredinasecurestorageareawithintheOBE.Duringthepersonalisationprocedure,anyOBEandServiceProviderservicepointwillonlycommunicate,butonlyfurthertoasuccessfulcheckofaccessrights.Theuseofanair-linkforpersonalisationpurposesincludessomeriskswithrespecttothesecurityoftheEFCsystem.Thepresentdocumentaddressesappropriatemeasurestocounteracttheserisks.SecurityservicessuchasintegrityprotectionandauthenticationprotocolsshallbedefinedtopreventunauthorisedaccesstothecontentoftheOBEmemoryarearetainingpersonalisationdata.ThisstatementofprinciplessummarisesessentialaspectstobetakenintoaccountforthepersonalisationofOBE.Theseprinciplesarevalid:a)whethertheEFCsystemisbaseduponDSRC,GNSS-CN,oracombinationofbothtechnologies;b)forpermanentlyinstalledOBE;c)forbothoriginalequipmentmanufacturers(firstmount)andaftersalespermanentlyattachedtothevehiclebyOBEmanufacturers.
