【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestothedesignandmanufactureofdoughmouldersofthetypesdescribedin3.1,3.2and3.3andillustratedinfigures3a,3band3c.Thesemouldersareusedinthefoodindustryandshops(bread-making,pastry-making,sweetindustries,bakeries,confectioners,delicatessens,cateringfacilities,etc.)forflattening,rollingandelongatingpiecesofdough.Otherdesignsofmoulderandtype1mouldersdesignedforotherthanhandcraftedproductsusingsoftdough,e.g.Frenchbaguettes,arenotcoveredbythisstandard.Thestandardcoversthetechnicalsafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesign,manufacture,installation,adjustment,operation,cleaningandmaintenanceofthesemachines,asdefinedin3.12ofEN292-1:1991andinthemanufacturer'sinstructionhandbook.Thesignificanthazardscoveredbythisstandardaremechanical(drawing-in,trapping,entanglement,crushing,lossofstability),electrical,ergonomicandalsothoseresultingfrominhalationofflourdustandlackofhygiene.Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardbymoulders.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthemachineisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.ThereforeanoisetestcodeisproposedinAnnexB.Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:-experimentalandtestingmachinesunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturer;-domesticsappliances;-bagelmachines.ThisstandardappliesonlytomachinesmanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCEN.

【摘要】:Thispartofthestandarddealswithcostplanninginbuildingconstruction,inparticularwiththeidentificationandclassificationofcosts.Itcoversthedirectcostsofworkperformedforthenewconstruction,conversionandmodernizationofbuildingsaswellastheindirectcostsinvolved;seeDIN18960forspecificationsrelatingtotherunningcostsofbuildings.Thestandarddefinestermstobeusedincostplanning;itspecifiesthedistinctivefeaturesofcosts,thusprovidingabasisonwhichcomparisonsoftheresultsofsuchcostplanningmaybeundertaken.Costdataidentifiedinaccordancewiththisstandardmay,whenusedforotherpurposes(e.g.paymentofcontractor'swork,taxreliefapplications),betakenasinputdataforthenecessarycalculations.However,anevaluationofcostsintermsoftherelevantregulationsliesoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.
