【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthepropertiesofunalloyedandlow-alloyedgreycastironsusedforcastings,whichhavebeenmanufacturedinsandmouldsorinmouldswithcomparablethermalbehaviour.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthecharacterizingpropertiesofgreycastironbyeithera)thetensilestrengthofseparatelycastsamples,orifagreedbythemanufacturerandthepurchaser,ofcast-onsamplesorsamplescutfromacasting(seeTable1),orb)ifagreedbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser,thehardnessofthematerialmeasuredoncastings(seeTable2)oronacast-onknob.Ifagreedbythemanufacturerandthepurchaser,thecombinationofbothtensilestrengthfromoptiona)andhardnessfromoptionb)maybespecified.Whenspecifyingacombinationoftensilestrengthandhardness,itisrecommendedtoconsulttheinformationinAnnexB.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytogreycastironsusedforpipesandpipefittingsandcontinuouscastproducts.ThisInternationalStandardspecifieseightgradesofgreycastironaccordingtothetensilestrength(seeTable1)andsixgradesofgreycastironaccordingtotheBrinellhardness(seeTable2).
