【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardisaproductspecification,givingperformancerequirementsforfiresafetycabinetsusedforstoringpressurisedgascylinders.Itisapplicabletocabinetswithatotalinternalvolumesuitabletostorepressurisedgascylinderswithatotalvolumenotexceeding220l,includingcylindersofpurginggases.NOTE1Thismeansthatuptofourgascylindersof50loruptothreegascylindersof70lcanbestoredinasinglecabinet.NOTE2Itisintendedthatthepressurisedgascylinderscanbeinusewhileinthecabinet.NOTE3Attentionisdrawntonationalregulationswhichcanapplywithregardtothestorageanduseofpressurisedgascylinders.NOTE4Thesagetycabinetcanbefreestanding,restrainedtoawallormountedonwheelsorcastors.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletobrickenclosure,walk-instorageroomsorcabinetswhichdonottaketheirweightontheirbase.Requirementsaregiveninrespecttotheconstructionofthecabinetanditscapacitytoresistfireconditionsontheoutside.Atypetestisincluded,whichisbasedonthealreadyexistingfireresistance(heatingcurve)testsgiveninEN14470-1.ThetestsdescribedinthisEuropeanStandardaretypetests(forthestorageofflammableliquidsEN14470-1isapplicable-thecriteriaforfailurearedifferent-seeAnnexA).
