【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesthecondensation/adsorptiontechnique,includingthesamplingsystem,todeterminethewatervapourconcentrationinthefluegasesemittingtoatmospherefromductsandstacks.ThistechniqueisusuallyusedalloverEuropeforwatervapourmonitoring.HowevertobeimplementedastheStandardReferenceMethod(SRM),theuserhastodemonstratethattheperformancecharacteristicsofthemethodarebetterthantheperformancecriteriadefinedinthisEuropeanStandardandthattheoveralluncertaintyofthemethodislessthan±20%ofthemeasuredvalue.ThisEuropeanStandardastheStandardReferenceMethod(SRM)isusedforperiodicmonitoringandforcalibrationorcontrolofAutomaticMeasuringSystems(AMS)permanentlyinstalledonastack,forregulatorypurposesorotherpurposes.AnAlternativeMethodtothisSRMmaybeusedprovidedthattheusercandemonstrateequivalenceaccordingtotheTechnicalSpecificationCEN/TS14793,tothesatisfactionofhisnationalaccreditationbodyorlaw.Thedeterminationofwatervapourismainlynecessaryfor:?regulatorypurposes,toexpresstheconcentrationatstandardconditions(ondrygas);?adjusttheflowrateforisokineticsampling,whenadrygasflowratemeteringdeviceisused.Forbothapplications,thequantitytobemeasuredistheamountofwaterpresentinthegasphase(vapour),whichdoesnotincludewaterdroplets.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicableintherangefrom4%to40%relativehumidityandforwatervapourconcentrationfrom29g/m3to250g/m3asawetgas,althoughforagiventemperaturetheupperlimitofthemethodisrelatedtothemaximumpressureofwaterinairorinthegas.ThisEuropeanStandardhasbeenevaluatedduringfieldtestsonwasteincineration,co-incinerationandlargecombustioninstallations.Ithasbeenvalidatedforsamplingperiodsof30minintheconcentrationrangeof7%to26%volume.InthisEuropeanStandardalltheconcentrationsareexpressedinnormalconditions(273Kand101,3kPa).NOTEForsaturatedconditionsthecondensation/adsorptionmethodisnotapplicable.SomeguidanceisgiveninthisEuropeanStandardtodealwithfluegaswhendropletsarepresent.
