【摘要】:theirsusceptibilityordegreeofsusceptibilitytohydrogenembrittlementinsubsequentpretreatment,electroplating,autocatalyticplating,chemicalconversionandphosphatingprocesses.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletosteelsofwhichthepropertiesarenotadverselyaffectedbyheattreatmentat190°Cto230°Corhigher(see6.2).TheheattreatmentproceduresestablishedinthisInternationalStandardhavebeenshowntobeeffectiveinreducingthesusceptibilityofsteelhavingtensilestrengthsequaltoorgreaterthan1000MPaandthathavebeenmachined,ground,cold-formedorcold-straightenedsubsequenttoheattreatment.Thisheattreatmentprocedureisusedpriortoanyoperationcapableofhydrogenchargingtheparts,suchasthecleaningprocedurespriortoelectroplating,autocatalyticplatingandotherchemicalcoatingoperations.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytofasteners.
