【摘要】:ThisStandardcoverstheformationandapplicationofreferencedesignationsforelectricalandelectronicspartsandequipment.ThereferencedesignationsofthisStandardareintendedforuniquelyidentifyingandlocatingdiscreteitemsondiagramsandinaset;forcorrelatingitemsinaset;graphicsymbolsondiagrams;anditemsinpartslists,circuitdescriptions,andinstructions.ThisStandardincludesthreemethodsforformingandapplyingreferencedesignations.(a)theunitnumberingmethod(b)thelocationnumberingmethod(c)thelocationcodingmethodAcompletereferencedesignationmayincorporatereferencedesignationsformedbytheuseofanyofthesemethodsatanylevelfrombasicpartstocompleteunits.Theunitnumberingmethodhasalonghistoryofsatisfactoryuseinalltypesofelectricalandelectronicsequipment.Thelocationnumberingmethodandlocationcodingmethodhavebeendevelopedtopermitarapidphysicallocationofitemsinlarge,complicatedequipmentfeaturingmultipleuseofmanyidenticalorcloselysimilaritems.Thesemethodsshallbeappliedinsuchawaythatduplicatecompletereferencedesignationsdonotoccurinapieceofequipmentorsystem.DevicefunctiondesignationsforpowerswitchgearandindustrialcontrolusearenotcoveredbythisStandard.

【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifiestestmethodsfor'alternativetests'and'substitutetests'performedwithvolatiletestmedia,iso-octaneandavolumefractionof95%aqueousethanol,forthedeterminationofoverallmigrationfrompolymericcoatingsonpaperandboardintendedtocomeintocontactwithfattyfoodstuffs.Atestmethodforoverallmigrationfrompolymericcoatingsintendedtocomeintocontactwithfattyfoodstuffsusingmodifiedpolyphenyleneoxide(MPPO)isinpreparation.AsuggestedtestschemeisgiveninFigureA.1.Ifthetestresultobtainedbythetotalimmersionmethod,describedinclause4ofthisTechnicalSpecification,exceedstheallowedoverallmigrationlimitthesingle-sidedmigrationtestusingacell,seeclause5,iftechnicallyfeasible;maybeused.Ifitisnotpossibletousethesinglesidedcellmethod,e.g.becauseofpinholes,useadsorptionbymodifiedpolyphenyleneoxide,(MPPO).Iso-octaneisusedasatestmediumfortestsamplescoatedwithnonpolarfoodcontactlayers,suchaspolyolefins.Fortestsamplescoatedwithpolarfoodcontactpolymerssuchaspolyamideandpolyethyleneterephthalate,avolumefractionof95%aqueousethanolisused.Forpolystyrenes,plasticisedpolyvinylchlorideandotherpolymerswheretheidentificationorpolarityofthepolymerisnotclear,twoparalleltestsshallbeconductedusingbothoftheproposedtestmediaandtakingthehighervalueobtainedastherelevantresult.Thereisanexpectationthatthescopeofthisdirectivewillbeextendedtocoverpolymericcoatingsonpaperandboard.The'substitutetests'describedinthisTechnicalSpecificationarebytotalimmersion,seeclause4andinamigrationcell,seeclause5.The'alternativetest'methodsdescribedherespecifiesarapidextractiontestwitha'moresevere'testcharacter,fortheassessmentoftheoverallmigrationintofattyfoodsimulants.Themethoddiffersfromthesubstitutetestmethodsonlyinthecombinationoftesttimeandtesttemperature.Themethodisbasedonthedeterminationoftheextractionofmigrateablesubstancesfrompolymericcoatedpaperorboard,whichareintendedtocomeintocontactwithfoodstuffs,bytotalimmersioninnon-polar,iso-octane,and/orpolar,ethanol,solventsdependingonthepolarityofthepolymericcoating.Accordingtotheresultsobtainedbythismethod,see[5],[6],[7],[8],[9]andtakingphysio-chemicalconsiderationsintoaccount,theobtainedextractionefficiencyhas,generally,beenfoundtobeequivalenttoorhigherthanoverallmigrationresultsobtainedusingfatsimulantD,underthetestconditions,10daysat40°C,2hat70°C,1hat100°C,30minat121°Cand30minat130°C.Thetestmethodshouldbeappliedtopolymercoatedpackagingswherethepolymerlayerislessthan300μminthickness.However,ifthisextractiontestisappliedtomaterialswithcoatingswithhigherthicknessthan300μmandtheresultdoesnotexceedanyallowedoverallmigrationlimitthenthemethodisconsideredtobesuitableforthosematerials.Inthosecaseswheretherapidextractiontestbytotalimmersion,yieldstotalextractionvaluesthatexceedtheoverallmigrationlimitormaybetechnicallyunsuitableacelltestmethodusingthesametimeandtemperatureconditionsisapplicable.Thiscelltestmethodshouldprimarilyonlybeappliedtopackagingswithaphysicalbarrierlayer(forinstanceofaluminiumorothermaterialtopreventpenetrativelossoftestmedium)andwhichhaveathinnerfoodcontactlayerthan300μm.Thistestmethodcannotbeappliedifthepolymericcoatingisshowntohavepinholes.
