【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifiessmall-scaletestmethodsforestimatingthefollowingmechanicalpropertiesofwood-basedpanels:?indicativeplanarshearstrength(sometimesreferredtoasblockshear);?indicativepanelshearstrength;?indicativestrengthandmodulusofelasticityintensionintheplaneofthepanel;?indicativestrengthincompressionintheplaneofthepanel.ReferenceshouldbemadetoEN310forbendingproperties.Forplywood,EN314-1mayalsobeusedasanindicatorofplanarshearstrength.Thesetestmethodsareintendedforindicativepurposesonlyandshouldnotbeusedasameansofdeterminingstructuraldesignvalues.Theymaynotbesuitableforallpaneltypes.Theymaybeusedasameansofsupportingqualitycontrolproceduresforstructuralpanels,ifcorrelationswithEN789testresultscanbeestablished(CENTechnicalReportinpreparation).

【摘要】:ThispartofISO140specifiesmethodsformeasuringtheacousticpropertiesoffloorcoveringsfromtheviewpointofreducingimpactsoundtransmission.ThepurposeofthispartofISO140istoestablishamethodfordeterminingtheimpactsoundinsulationofafloorcoveringunderstandardtestconditions.Thetestislimitedtothespecificationofproceduresforthephysicalmeasurementofsoundoriginatingfromanartificialimpactsource(tappingmachine)underlaboratoryconditionsandisnotdirectlyrelatedtothesubjectivesignificanceoftheresults.InthispartofISO140,atestmethodisdescribedusingthestandardtappingmachinetosimulateimpactsourceslikehumanfootstepswithshoes.Inaddition,methodsusingamodifiedtappingmachineandaheavy/softimpactsourcearealsointroducedininformativeAnnexesCandEfortheassessmentofimpactsoundinsulationofafloorcoveringagainstimpactsourceswithstrongcomponentsatlowfrequencies,suchashumanfootstepsorchildrenjumping.Asasimplifiedmethodforthemeasurementofthereductionoffloorimpactsoundpressurelevelbysoftandresilientfloorcoverings,themethodusingawoodenmock-upfloorisintroducedinAnnexD.ThispartofISO140isapplicabletoallfloorcoverings,whethersingleormulti-layered,asinstalledonlightweightfloors.Inthecaseofmulti-layeredcoverings,theycanbefactory-assembledorassembledatthetestsite.Thetestmethodisapplicableonlytolaboratorymeasurements.Itdoesnotcontainanyprovisionthatpermitsanassessmentoftheeffectivenessofafloorcoveringinsitu.
