【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60287isapplicabletotheconditionsofsteady-stateoperationofcablesatallalternatingvoltages,anddirectvoltagesupto5kV,burieddirectlyintheground,inducts,troughsorinsteelpipes,bothwithandwithoutpartialdrying-outofthesoil,aswellascablesinair.Theterm"steadystate"isintendedtomeanacontinuousconstantcurrent(100%loadfactor)justsufficienttoproduceasymptoticallythemaximumconductortemperature,thesurroundingambientconditionsbeingassumedconstant.Thispartprovidesformulaeforcurrentratingsandlosses.Theformulaegivenareessentiallyliteralanddesignedlyleaveopentheselectionofcertainimportantparameters.Thesemaybedividedintothreegroups:–parametersrelatedtoconstructionofacable(forexample,thermalresistivityofinsulatingmaterial)forwhichrepresentativevalueshavebeenselectedbasedonpublishedwork;–parametersrelatedtothesurroundingconditions,whichmayvarywidely,theselectionofwhichdependsonthecountryinwhichthecablesareusedoraretobeused;–parameterswhichresultfromanagreementbetweenmanufactureranduserandwhichinvolveamarginforsecurityofservice(forexample,maximumconductortemperature).
