【摘要】:ThisStandardcoverstherequirementsforrandomvibrationandshocktestingitemsofmechanical,pneumatic,electricalandelectronicequipment/components(hereafteronlyreferredtoas"equipment")tobefittedontorailwayvehicles.Randomvibrationistheonlymethodtobeusedforequipment/componentapproval.ThetestscontainedwithinthisStandardarespecificallyaimedatdemonstratingtheabilityoftheequipmentundertesttowithstandthetypeofenvironmentalvibra-tionconditionsnormallyexpectedforrailwayvehicles.Inordertoachievethebestrepresentationpossible,thevaluesquotedinthisStandardhavebeenderivedfromactualservicemeasurementssubmittedbyvariousbodiesfromaroundtheworld.ThisStandardisnotintendedtocoverself-inducedvibrationsasthesewillbespe-cifictoparticularapplications.Engineeringjudgementandexperienceisrequiredintheexecutionandinterpre-tationofthisStandard.ThisStandardissuitablefordesignandvalidationpurposes;however,itdoesnotexcludetheuseofotherdevelopmenttools(suchassinesweep),whichmaybeusedtoensureapredetermineddegreeofmechanicalandoperationalconfidence.Toas-sistproductdesignforcompliancewiththisStandard,guidanceisgiveninAnnexBwhichallowscomparisonwithalternativedesignmethods.Thetestlevelstobeappliedtotheitemundertestanddictatedonlybyitsloca-tiononthetrain(i.e.axle,bogieorbody-mounted).Itshouldbenotedthatthesetestsmaybeperformedonprototypesinordertogaindesigninformationabouttheproductperformanceunderrandomvibration.However,forattestationoftestingpurposesthetestshavetobecarriedoutonequipmenttakenfromnormalproduction.ThisStandardspecifiestherequirementsfortestingitemsofequipmentintendedforuseonrailwayvehicleswhicharesubsequentlysubjectedtovibrationsandshockowingtothenatureofrailwayoperationalenvironment.Togainassurancethatthequalityoftheitemisacceptable,ithastowithstandtestsofreasonabledurationthatsimulatetheserviceconditionsseenthroughoutitsexpectedlife.Simulatedlong-lifetestingcanbeachievedinanumberofwayseachhavingtheirassociatedadvantagesanddisadvantages,thefollowingbeingthemostcommon:a)amplification:wheretheamplitudesareincreasedandthetimebasedecreased;b)timecompression:wheretheamplitudehistoryisretainedandthetimebaseisdecreased;c)decimation:wheretimeslicesofthehistoricaldataareremovedwhentheam-plitudesarebelowaspecifiedthresholdvalue.
